The die-casting process Fonderie Maestri is able to produce parts weighing from 20g to 10 kg. The closure force of its 7 die-casting machines ranges from 280 tons to 1.200 tons. All the die-casting machines are equipped with robots for the handling of the parts after the casting process and for the lubrication of the die-casting tools. The whole production can be completed in the internal trimming shop. The moulds are designed and realized in the internal R&D department or by external tool makers. Other operations required to obtain the final product can be outsourced. Even though Fonderie Maestri has a long list of reliable and consolidated suppliers they are always looking for new ones to improve their supplier pool.
